What is it doing? Hotjar helps us to better understand the needs of our users in order to optimize the Website. For example, we get to know how much time users spend on which pages and which links they choose to click on. What is it doing? It helps us to more easily identify problems with users who need support by allowing us to see information about page views on our website and our service if you contact us. If you have used our support, it allows us to see your previous activity. If you have opened any of our marketing emails, we can also see your activity on our website and app. We provide a limited amount of your information (such as sign-up date and some personal information like your email address) to Intercom, Inc. (“Intercom”) and utilize Intercom to collect data for analytics purposes when you visit our website or use our product.
