How do your results differ from other restaurants in Sweden when it comes to upselling?
It's quite clear. Our organization has the highest average receipt per transaction among franchisees in Sweden, even with lower menu board prices. It's all about selling the right product at the right time and suggesting the product the guest might want but missed. Upselling is a service to our guests if we do it the right way.
